KNOX and Terra Ferma have partnered to deliver Zephyr at 34 The Esplanade, Cronulla – the first truly oceanfront, new apartment project to hit South Cronulla in almost a decade.
Featuring five full-floor luxury apartments, with considered design from EMK Architects enabling ocean views from every bedroom and living room, whilst offering complete privacy from all surrounding neighbours.
Uniquely shaped through sweeping curves of the facade that blends with the beach, this development is a visual extension of the landscape. After receiving Silver in the Sydney Design Awards 2022, Zephyr also took home Gold in the Australian Design Awards 2023.
